Natural Awakenings Bucks and Montgomery Counties PA

Free Public Waldorf School Opening Fall 2016 in BuxMont

Good Earth Charter School—a free, public Waldorf-methods school serving the Bucks and Montgomery counties—will open in the fall of 2016, and is currently seeking pre-enrollments for kindergarten through grade 2. The school will be one of three of its kind on the entire East Coast. The school is currently searching for the perfect location surrounded by nature.

“I feel so honored to be a part of this endeavor. Good Earth Charter School will make the magic of Waldorf education accessible for all families,” says Logan Renard Randazzo, founding member. “I truly believe that all children should have access to an education that encompasses them in the arts, brings them back outdoors and, ultimately, allows them to develop a lifelong love of learning.”

Through a Waldorf approach, Good Earth Charter School awakens and inspires students’ critical thinking, emotional intelligence and artistic expression, thus preparing each student to step into the world as a whole being and guiding each student to bring relevant contributions to the world.

Pre-enrollment is required, and space will fill up fast. Pre-enrollment applications are being accepted now and can be submitted through Good Earth’s website. Fundraising activities are underway. Readers can keep abreast of the school’s activities by visiting its website or following it on Facebook.
