Coconut Coffee

Coconut oil is good for the brain, memory, blood sugar, anti-inflammatory and more, and serves as a great substitute for milk. This is a great way to start the day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Coffee (organic)
  • Coconut oil (extra virgin organic)

PREPARATION:

Brew coffee and place one dollop of coconut oil in the hot coffee to taste. Stir.
