Dig Yoga, with locations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Lambertville, New Jersey, is offering two yoga training and certification programs to help serious students become registered yoga teachers. The programs, Dig Deeper Yoga Studies (DDYS) 101 and 200, run in succession beginning in January.
DDYS 101 is a 50-hour immersion into the studies, philosophies and practice of yoga, beginning January 17. The four-weekend course is the pre-requisite for Dig’s Teacher Training program, DDYS 200. In DDYS 200, students spend an additional 150 hours, spread over nine weekends from April to November, learning all the tools needed to become a yoga teacher. At the completion of the training, students are qualified as a registered yoga teacher.

DDYS 200: Cost: $2,800. Location: Dig Yoga, 204 N. Union St., Lambertville, NJ.
