Crossfit Summa will open the doors to their new Crossfit facility in Doylestown on December 1. Owners Blake Hughes, Matt Herman and Mike Herman have a combined ten years of experience as certified personal trainers at various local health clubs prior to gaining Level 1 Crossfit certification.
Their varied training experience makes them skilled at working with clients of all ages and abilities. Summa offers a number of affordable and flexible membership options, as well as private training sessions.
“Our philosophy is that we do not just train clients. We build communities of strong-minded individuals who learn to conquer themselves,” says owner Matt Herman. “We show them the path, give them the tools, and encourage them every step of the way to succeed in all of their health, fitness and life goals.”
Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that improves fitness through muscular strength, aerobic exercise and flexibility. It is designed to be inclusive of all fitness levels, from the elderly to children. Each workout can be customized to work for any committed individual, regardless of experience.
