This January, Inner Spa welcomed licensed acupuncturist Jan Wilson to their Newtown team. With Wilson’s arrival, Inner Spa will now offer acupuncture services, including facial acupuncture. Acupuncture services are provided by appointment and can be scheduled as a single session or series of sessions depending on the needs and goals of each client.

Wilson, also a licensed massage therapist, received her master’s degree in acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. She also studied at the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China, where she practiced clinical rotations at the Jiangsu Province Hospital.

According to Cathy Windland, Inner Spa owner, “[Jan] brings positive energy to each and every session. She is very knowledgeable and professional about her craft, and shares her passion for acupuncture with each client.”
