Recipe: Powerhouse Tahini Smoothie

Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, Gluten-free, Dairy-free
YIELDS: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, hemp)
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • Cinnamon, to taste

PREPARATION:

Blend all ingredients.
