- 1 ½ cup dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, hemp)
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- Cinnamon, to taste
