As part of a month-long celebration of serving the community for 20 years, Queen’s Health Centers—a wellness center in Souderton providing natural, effective health education—will host multiple experts in the field of healthy living throughout the month of January.

“It has been a privilege and honor to be part of an industry that is dedicated to helping people stay healthy. Thank you for your support,” says Dr. Ria Gilday, owner of Queen’s Health Centers.

On January 22, Gilday and special guest Michael Schwartz, ND, will present Cardio Health: Prevention of Heart Attacks, Blood Pressure & Stroke, during a live recording of Gilday’s radio talk show Let’s Talk Health, from 11:10 a.m. to noon. Queen’s is seeking audience members for this special event, which includes a valuable door prize giveaway. Gilday and Schwartz will also discuss the same topic later, from 7 to 8 p.m., in a seminar. Another presentation of note is Jon Knutson’s discussion on how to reduce inflammation in 15 minutes, from 1 to 4 p.m., January 24. His talk will include a free test valued at $150 and a door prize giveaway valued at $250.

All events will take place at Queen’s Health Centers. Pre-registration is required for all programs to guarantee a seat. Queen’s Health Centers offers nutritional counseling, weight management programs, non-invasive preventative testing, free monthly seminars and thermography.
