Anahata Yoga and Wellness Center Hosts Teacher Training Info Session

Anahata Yoga and Wellness Center will host a free information session about its upcoming 200-Hour Anahata Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) program from 11 a.m. until noon on March 5, at its Harleysville studio.

Prospective students can meet teachers in a small and supportive environment and learn more about the nature of Anahata’s Kripalu-inspired hatha yoga teacher training. The training program runs every first weekend of the month, April through December, and emphasizes yoga as a tool for self-healing and personal transformation.

“The info session allows us a chance to get connected to students and potential students in a friendly, low-pressure way. Even if you are just thinking about teacher training, we would love to meet you,” says studio owner and advanced yoga practitioner Kathy Tooley. “If AYTT isn’t right for you, maybe the Deepening Your Practice series would be more appropriate, or one of our other classes and workshops. I encourage anyone who misses the information session to still give us a call, since our April offerings will fill up quickly.”

The mission of Anahata Yoga & Wellness Center is to offer yoga, ayurveda, meditation and reiki in a space of safety, comfort and compassion that brings students into loving connection to their truest selves.

Location: 703 Harleysville Pike, Harleysville. For information or to register, call 215-740-1354, email [email protected] or visit AnahataYogaWellness.com. March 2016.
