Product Spotlight: Drink to Better Health

It isn’t a secret that water is essential to good health. As the body is made up of 60 percent water, drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids which aid digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature. Drinking water has also been touted to help with bowel function, allow the kidneys to process toxic waste, energize muscles and help with calorie control.
