  • 1 tsp to 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (optional and to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Orange zest (optional)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal (optional)
