Drink Recipe: Piña Colada in the MORNING?!

Our good friend Leah Dillon Personal Training and Wellness has set forth a personal 100 day challenge that started yesterday. The goal is to do 100 days of… something, anything that is a bit a of a challenge for you to do. 100 days takes us right to New Year’s Eve, which if completed, leaves us with one less resolution for 2013.
