Open to members and non-members alike, the store supports local food producers and artisans by offering local produce, dairy, eggs, meat and other goods, such as locally roasted coffee. The Co-op also stocks fresh bread, an extensive selection of organic products in bulk and some organic canned and packaged goods products.

Jo was nervous yet excited for her turn in the round pen with Lacy, the beautiful chestnut mare at the Horses as Healers workshop. She watched Lacy respond with enthusiasm, giving specific messages to the first three women in the group as they shared with her their goals for the future.
