Doylestown Co-Op Opens
The Doylestown Food Co-op will open on January 16 at 29 West State Street, in Doylestown. Open to members and non-members alike, the store supports local food producers and artisans by offering local produce, dairy, eggs, meat and other goods, such as locally roasted coffee. The Co-op also stocks fresh bread, an extensive selection of organic products in bulk and some organic canned and packaged goods products.
While everyone can shop, members of the Co-op receive benefits such as discounts to Co-op events and at area businesses that participate in the Coop’s “ecosystem,” as well as member-only sales and opportunities to participate in the Co-op’s decision-making.
