YIELDS: 4 servings
- 1 organic apple
- 4 stalks organic celery
- 1 ripe organic avocado
- 2 cups filtered ice water
Wash, quarter and core apple.
Chop apple and celery into one-inch chunks. Place into blender.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the rest into the blender.
Pour in water slowly and puree until smooth.
