S.A.F.E. Launches Prevention and Empowerment Campaign
Their next event will be the Tune-Up Workshop, April 25, which welcomes graduates of the program who would like to refresh their knowledge and receive support. The women’s workshop will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., with a group for men from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
“Emotional healing is a worthwhile investment with immediate and long-term returns, as it has the power to transform individual lives, workplaces, teams and entire families,” says Vera T. Tzenova-Bochnowicz, facilitator at S.A.F.E. “Preventing interpersonal and intimate violence and abuse by mastering the tools of emotional management and healing can save anyone suffering, ranging from self-doubt, stress, arguments and recurring trauma to job loss, lost productivity, police calls, court costs, incarceration, shame and regrets.”
