Yoga, Music and More at Namas Day Spring Yoga Festival
Attendees can choose among many programs, including vinyasa “flow”, kundalini, bhakti, mantra, meditation and mindfulness-based practices, and lecture discussions. All levels and interests are welcome, and attendees can build their own schedule when they register.
Featured presenters include Coral Brown, yogini and frequent contributor to Yoga Journal ; Tymi Howard, vinyasa pioneer and founder of Florida’s Guruv Yoga Studios; and touring Kirtan artist Girish. Other presenters include Daniel Cordua, Erick Dupree, Joe Longo, Allison Sobel, Natalie Levin and DJ Nate Spross of the Yoga Music Project.
A yoga-oriented marketplace will offer gear and products, including yoga mats and clothing, organically made soaps and oils, locally produced kombucha and business services for yoga studio owners.
“The combination of the right music at the right time and the wonderful teachers makes Namas Day a really great experience,” says Philly Area Yoga and Namas Day founder Mary Fetterman.
