Life’s Path Hypnotherapy, a Quakertown-based practice, is now providing regression hypnotherapy sessions. An introduction to the work will be presented at a workshop, Past Life Regression: Glimpse Into Your Past, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on April 8 at Greenshire Arts Consortium.

In regression hypnotherapy, subjects enter a very natural, deeply relaxed state. By connecting to the subconscious part of their minds, clients recall memories from their past that they might otherwise not be able to remember.

A Life’s Path practitioner shares, “In their everyday, hectic lives, when most of their daily tasks involve conscious analyzing and reasoning, most people cannot access the triggering events or incidents that may be impacting their life. This work allows us to touch into those underlying experiences and understand the hidden influences the subconscious may be holding.” She adds, “When we can connect with our knowledgeable subconscious and learn about these energetic imprints, it enables us to heal and to experience life in a new way.”
