“The TM technique is a simple, natural, easy-to-learn and doctor-recommended technique to improve every aspect of your life,” says Gene Silverman, co-director of the Philadelphia Transcendental Meditation Program. “We have taught the TM technique to many thousands of people of all ages. The beneficial results are seen right from the start, and the long-term benefits of stress release are cumulative.”
The talks will cover clinical research, how TM works and the benefits that people receive from their daily practice of the TM technique. After the introductory talk, attendees can sign up for a TM course at either the Jenkintown or Doylestown TM Center. The course requires only about an hour a day for four consecutive days.
