We are constantly urged to be more mindful in our relationships and daily activities but mindfulness is often stymied by endless obligations, to-do lists and other minutiae.
Hypnotherapy can help increase mindfulness.
The meditative relaxation necessary to receive suggestions for positive change requires staying in the moment. When the clutter in one’s mind is diminished during the hypnosis process, we have better abilities to make thoughtful decisions—or achieve mindfulness— about food choices, smoking and excessive drinking.
