New Classes at Fresh Fun Foods
“Good food should be fun, and with the foods available at our local farm markets, it’s easy to make healthy, exciting meals,” says Chef Lou Farrell. He will share his experience in classes about cooking vegetarian main courses, hors d’ oeuvres, cooking for diabetics, gluten-free cooking and planning parties. Not only did Farrell have an extensive career cooking in hotels and private restaurants, but he was previously a high school teacher, making him uniquely qualified to teach cooking.
Students of each class receive a packet of recipes and instructions to prepare the foods presented in class, with ample time for questions. Individual or group private cooking classes for parties in the home or in the Fresh Fun Foods kitchen are also available.
